Return and Refund Policy

Return Period We offer a 7-day return policy. You have 7 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return. Requests made after this period will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.

  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Refunds Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

 

Shipping Costs You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
